Cellulite has been on women’s bodies for as long as we know. It has been wreaking havoc for women’s self-esteem and happiness for hundreds of years. Most women have cellulite on one or more parts of their body and all of those whom have it are unhappy with it, whether they admit it or not. Technically speaking cellulite is a type of fatty tissue commonly found on women’s thighs, buttocks and hips. The way the fatty tissue is formed makes the skin appear dimpled. The tissue is not medically harmful but does hinder our self-esteem and feelings about our body.

There are many misconceptions about how cellulite is formed and why it is formed. Some of which are that poor blood circulation causes cellulite, obesity causes cellulite and junk food causes cellulite. While obesity and junk food may make cellulite appear more severe, they are not the cause of cellulite. We all know that no matter what size you are, skinny, fat, pear shaped, top heavy, whatever, 99% of women have cellulite. 100% of those sufferers want to get rid of it.

Many may have tried various creams and other promising products to no avail. I myself have spent years and countless amounts of dollars trying to eliminate or even just improve my cellulite.
