One good exercise you can do is to lie down straight on your back, your palms facing upwards, and your legs slightly apart. Close your eyes, inhale deeply, and then exhale. Hold the position for 15 seconds. Then open your eyes, focus on a stationary object above you, then close your eyes, but still focus on that object, as if you are still looking at it. Hold that position for 15 seconds. This is a good exercise you can try for better eyesight without glasses.
